with the larger retail stores and generally our prices are lower

than most of their everyday prices.

At Cheryl's eStore we are fully committed to our customers and in making sure that you have complete confidence in shopping safely with us.

 

What if I don't want to order over the internet; what other methods do you use to accept orders?
We understand that some people have reservations about making payments over the Internet and at Cheryl's eStore we offer alternate methods of payments.

For local (Narre Warren South) customers pickup and payment via cash is most welcome.

For interstate or Victorian customers that pickup is not an option, you can pay by Bank Cheque or Australia Post Money Orders.

For our customers outside of Australia, currently our only accepted form of payment is PAYPAL.

Does my personal information get passed onto anyone else?

Cheryl's eStore has no affiliation with any other company or organisation and will never pass your personal information onto anyone else.

Ordering and Payment

How can I place an order?
Ordering from Cheryl's eStore is quick and easy.

1/ Browse through our store, find the item/s that you are after.

2/ Enter the quantity required and click on ADD.

3/ Continue your browsing/shopping.

4/ When you have completed shopping select the View Cart tab at the top right hand side of the screen.

5/ Confirm your order is correct and then just proceed to follow the prompts. Through the checkout process you will get to select your delivery method and be quoted accordingly of the price.

6/ Once your order is completed and received by us you will receive an order number and an email will be sent to your supplied email address.  Please note your order number and quote it whenever you contact us with any queries.

What payment options  does Cheryls eStore accept?
Cheryl's eStore accept the following payment methods:

 

PAYPAL: Pay by Credit Card, Saving Account or from your own PAYPAL account through this trusted company.

PayPal payments are accepted by both Australian and International Shoppers

(Note: PAYPAL is the only payment method accepted for orders outside of Australia)

 

          

Direct Deposit: Cheryl's eStore bank with the NAB (National Australia Bank) so you can walk into any branch of the NAB and make a deposit. (Account details are supplied when you go through checkout).  Please be sure to quote your order number as the deposit reference, failure to do so may delay us in tracking your payment / dispatching your item.

 

Electronic Banking: For those with Internet banking you can pay via an electronic bank transfer, (Account details are supplied when you go through checkout).  Please be sure to quote your order number as the deposit reference failure to do so may delay us in tracking your payment / dispatching your item.

 

Money Order / Bank Cheque: You can  pay for your item by sending us a Bank Cheque or Australia Post Money Order. (see our Contact Us page) for the address.  Please be sure to quote your order number with the bank cheque/money order, failure to do so may delay us in tracking your payment / dispatching your item.

 

Cash: For those of you that can arrange a local pickup from Narre Warren, Victoria you can pay cash on pickup.

 

 

EFTPOS: For those of you that can arrange a local pickup from Narre Warren, Victoria you can pay from your Credit or Savings account via our EFTPOS terminal.

 

 

Credit Cards: For those of you that can arrange a local pickup from Narre Warren, Victoria you can pay from your Credit via our EFTPOS terminal. If you are unable to pick-up, we can accept payments by VISA or MASTERCARD over the phone (03) 9705-7210.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

We DO NOT accept personal cheques.

 

We DO NOT recommend that you send cash in the mail.

What happens after I've placed my order?
Your order will be dispatched on the next business day after your payment has been cleared.

Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock of an item, if this occurs and there is going to be any delay in getting the order to you we will advise you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Can I order items to be sent to a different addresses?
Yes, your item can be sent to a different address than your billing address, you will be prompted for this information on completion of your purchase

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order up until the time that it is dispatched.  To cancel or change an order please Contact Us.  As we only dispatch items once your payment has been received we will arrange a refund of any money received.  Once an item has been dispatched your order cannot be cancelled or changed.  You can return the item to us for a full refund less any postage costs incurred by Cheryl's eStore.

 

Is it possible to have gift wrapping (and/or a personal message delivered) with my order?

Yes, Cheryl's eStore can arrange gift wrapping, gift cards & personal messages , please Contact Us with your request and we will advise you of any additional fee for this service. 

Delivery

How are products delivered to me?
Cheryl's eStore only uses reputable mail services to deliver your items and try to keep our postage costs down but not at the expense of the reliability of the service.

 

When will my order be delivered?

At the time of processing your order you will be given an estimate on the delivery time, this is an estimate only but is generally a good guideline.  If you require an item urgently, Express Post is available for an additional fee to Australia addresses.  Please Contact Us for a price if you require Express Post.
 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
Generally if no one is home to accept delivery the parcel will be returned to your local Post Office and a calling card left advising you when and how to collect it.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes Cheryl's eStore will deliver to PO Boxes, however for our larger items please ensure that your Post Office can accept these, alternatively they will have to be sent to an address.

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - what happens now?
At the time of processing your order you will be given an estimate on the delivery time, this is an estimate only but is generally a good guideline.  If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please Contact Us and we will assist you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes Cheryl's eStore deliver to most major cities around the world but recommend that all items be sent via Air Mail.  Our experience has us of the opinion that the slow delivery times via sea and economy mail are not worth any price savings you may get!

 

Can I pick up my order direct from you at Narre Warren South?

Yes Cheryl's eStore welcomes pickups from Narre Warren South and do not charge any handling fees for pickups as some other businesses do.  Pickup are by appointment only but we can accommodate evening and week-end hours as well as business hours.

Refund, Exchange and Warranty

What is your refund / exchange / warranty policy?

At Cheryl's eStore we make every attempt to check that your product is working and that the packaging is not damaged when we dispatch your item.

 

Not every item can be tested as they are often in sealed packaging and although we only stock quality products we know that sometimes things don't work.

 

If you receive a product that does not work, is damaged or is not as was described then please Contact Us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. (Any additional postage charges will be the responsibility of Cheryl's eStore)

 

If you simply have changed your mind or you want to return for any other reason as described above, then return the item to us for a refund of your price paid, less any postage charges incurred by Cheryl's eStore.
